My philosophy at you hypnotherapy is to provide a safe and non–judgemental space for you to create new possibilities and achieve personal growth. There is no one size fits all approach to psychotherapy, there isn’t a right way, or a wrong way of doing things. However, there is often a way that is not helping us, and also a better way of doing things, in the problem areas of our lives. We all have resources within us to deal with life’s challenges, and sometimes hypnotherapy can simply offer you a perspective you hadn’t previously considered, or maybe you had, but something was holding you back.
