Ghandruk: A Gem Gurung Village in Annapurna Region
Ghandruk is a scenic village in Nepal's Annapurna region. It is situated at an altitude of about 2,010 meters. In contrast to crowded towns like Pokhara and Kathmandu, Ghandruk offers a peaceful mountain experience. The village is famous for its stunning scenery of the Annapurna and Machapuchare mountains. Annapurna I stands tall at 8,091 meters and it can be seen from Gahndruk. Machapuchare, also referred to as Fishtail, stands tall at 6,993 meters. These snow-covered mountains offer beautiful scenery.
