FLEX Staffing and Recruiting primarily engages in legal staffing, recruiting and headhunting. FLEX represents various law firms throughout Louisiana, but primarily in New Orleans, with their staffing needs. FLEX assists those law firms with legal staffing of attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, billing clerks and other staff to fulfill permanent and temporary hiring needs. FLEX also represents attorneys and other legal staff as a headhunter assisting them with finding a new work home. FLEX primarily focuses on permanent placement of legal professionals. However, FLEX has placed numerous attorneys to work remotely and/or as temporary freelance legal professionals when large cases need document reviewers. FLEX has also placed numerous paralegals and legal secretaries on a temporary basis to fill vacancies while employees are out on leave. Additionally, FLEX has placed individuals in other administrative roles on a temporary basis at non- law firm businesses such as the New Orleans School Board. And, for example, FLEX has registered to supply staff for the 2025 New Orleans Superbowl in New Orleans.
