Physiologically, Moola Dhar Chakra is located at the Premium, i.e., the space between the annal outlet and the genital organ. More specifically, it is located at the Coccyx region where the tailbone is located. Furthermore, it is located at the base of the spine, and it is the first of the seven chakras, which are the main energy centers. This Mooladhara Chakra governs our basic survival instincts, a sense of safety, and connection to the earth. A perfect example is like the roots of a tall tree anchoring firmly into the ground. The Mooladhara Chakra helps us to feel centered, calm, and strong within.
