The latest update on Nambiar District 25 shows that the excavation and foundation work is in progress. Tower structural work has also begun. As of 20 August 2025, the Nambiar District 25 Phase 2 has officially launched with RERA No. PR/200825/008011, and is open for booking. Phase 1 of the project is almost sold out, with less than 50 units left.
